A couple of "neo-rural", a few years ago we took the step of a radical change in lifestyle and we are extremely happy about it. We are very attached to the values of respect for our planet and its inhabitants and to the enrichment offered by encounters with other cultures and other approaches to life. Living well, we love good food and good wine, encounters, travels, art, theater and walking in the countryside. Eager to share the “good life” of our region and its rich heritage and culture,

we created in 2018 “La Part des Anges” (The Angels' Share), a place dedicated to well-being and a simple life in relation to nature and the rural world. This adventure, initiated in 2016, is taking shape day by day and is gradually anchored in this beautiful territory of the “Entre deux mers”. We call "The angels' share" the alcohol that evaporates from the vats during the fermentation of what will become wine. For us, "The angels' share", it is all these little moments of happiness that could well escape if we do not take care. We strive to make them discover and share them.
